Took my mom and Grandaugher we popped in for a quick cuppa. We didn't have time to try the fish and chips. But the cafe was busy and the meals that were being bought out looked lovely. We will go back and try the fish and chips. The cafe was clean and the atmosphere was very chatty and welcoming.

Came by yesterday with the family. Fish and chips were freshly cooked & lovely and the place was very clean. Lady was also friendly who served us. Nice to know that both fish and chips are fried separately from the other meats. Will visit again!

My dad is funny with chips and he's been here before as the Birdcage, I couldn't believe how nice they are! They weren't at all greasy and although I don't like chunky chips they were just cut differently. Me and my dad really enjoyed them, will return!

Friendly welcome...socially distanced ordering for takeaway staff behind screen..Fantastic menu with full meals eg roast dinners:pulled pork sandwiches; cheesy mash; vegetsrian options; or snacks to takeaway.Breakfasts in mornings afternoon teas etc.Very reasonably priced dishes. What's not to like?
